Chief Executive Manager
Luteesa has years of extensive technical and Project Management experience. As a project manager Luteesa has proficient analytical and technical skills. As the Chief Executive Manager for Nathan Bacford her ability to communicate effectively to identify and resolve issues while remaining detail oriented and driven in her engineering approach has provided her many successes in her career. As a skilled problem identifier and troubleshooter with ability to avoid time cost expenditures, Luteesa is an asset to any client.
Managing Member
Jonathan has extensive Project Management experience. As a Green Globe Professional and managing member for Nathan Bacford, Jonathan’s background is in the construction management industry, but can provide technical expertise for the Project and Program Management in any technical or business management scenario. Jonathan’s knowledge, contract negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage all facets of a project or business strategy makes him an asset to any client. Jonathan has managed projects on all levels; from tier 1 and 2 subcontractor, to Prime contractor, to owner of construction projects. Developing and managing many businesses as a business owner also provides Jonathan with many experiences to share. The experiences in Jonathan’s career allow Nathan Bacford to provide support in various management paradigms.

Her attributes allow any team she’s on to formulate and implement a streamlined process and flow for all aspects of business. As one that is a firm believer that teamwork is vital to success, her career experiences have helped to refine interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities to paramount levels. In her role as Executive Director for Nathan Bacford Management she is the catalyst that manages and leads the organization towards the realization of its mission.
